Dan is a co-owner of CarterPulse and a graduate of Temple University and the University of Tennessee College of Law. A licensed attorney, he brings extensive experience advising and working within the content creator, influencer, and esports industries. His background blends legal expertise with a deep understanding of the digital media landscape, helping guide CarterPulse’s strategic and business initiatives. Outside of work, he can often be found attending Philadelphia sporting events or spending time down the shore with family and friends.

Kevin is a co-owner of CarterPulse and a graduate of Towson University and the Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law. A licensed attorney, he brings years of experience representing clients across a wide range of legal disputes, providing strategic counsel grounded in practical advocacy. His legal background supports CarterPulse’s operational and business objectives. Outside of work, he enjoys playing hockey and golf, and traveling with his family.

Jack is a co-owner of CarterPulse and an experienced sports media professional with a background spanning collegiate athletics and the NFL. A graduate of West Chester University, he was a four-year NCAA football letterman before transitioning into the media industry. He began his career with NFL Films and the New York Jets, developing expertise in high-level content production and storytelling. He currently serves with the Tennessee Titans, where he leads the management and post-production of digital video content across web and social platforms.

Devin is a graduate of New England Law | Boston and Fort Hays State University, where he earned a degree in Justice Studies. He has maintained a long-standing interest in the content creator, influencer, and esports industries since the release of Halo 3, developing a deep understanding of the space and its evolution. Outside of work, Devin enjoys gaming with friends and traveling with his family.

Andrew is a graduate of Temple University, where he earned a degree in Sports Management. He has a strong interest in the business and operations of sports and digital media. Outside of his academic work, he enjoys watching college basketball and playing FIFA.

Marco is a content creator and livestreamer based in Northamptonshire with over six years of experience building and producing content under the Stallion brand. He now applies the skills developed through hands-on content creation to his work within the talent management industry, with a strong emphasis on clear communication and building honest, long-term relationships. Outside of work, he enjoys training at the gym, following sports, and playing games—particularly within the FPS and shooter genres.

Gavin is an esports agent with a background in collegiate athletics, having previously competed in Division II basketball. He also has competitive experience in Fortnite at the amateur level and has been immersed in the esports ecosystem from an early age. He is currently pursuing a degree in Marketing at university, bringing both competitive insight and business acumen to his work.

Jake is a graduate of Temple University, where he earned a degree in Sport and Recreation Management. A lifelong sports enthusiast, he has followed the content creator, influencer, and esports industries closely since the announcement of the NBA 2K League. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Beres is a student at Temple University, where he is pursuing a degree in Sport and Recreation Management. He has a strong interest in agency work, talent management, and athlete representation, and is passionate about building relationships within the sports and digital media space. Outside of his academic and professional pursuits, he enjoys watching sports, spending time with friends, and exploring new foods.

Tanith is a graduate of University of Derby, where she earned an MSc in International Business and Marketing. With several years of marketing experience specializing in advertising, branding, and content strategy, her career has spanned work with both local businesses and global brands. She is now self-employed and collaborates with CarterPulse and creator Stallion on brand development and strategic marketing initiatives. Outside of work, she enjoys going to the gym, exploring new places, and gaming.

TheRoyalJkr is our TikTok Live manager and also a content creator who produces a mix of FPS gaming and real-life content, with a strong passion for building brands and engaging online communities. His experience in content creation shapes a thoughtful, people-first approach to social media, grounded in consistency, clear communication, and long-term impact. Beyond his work, being a father is a defining part of who he is and inspires everything he creates.

Gabi is an Operations and Legal Intern at CarterPulse and a J.D. candidate at Widener Delaware Law. With a background in market research and consulting, Gabi has worked with clients across professional sports, including in the NFL and European football. Gabi brings experience in data governance, stakeholder strategy, and analytical decision-making. Outside of work and school, Gabi is an avid golfer and Special Olympics coach.

Jack has worked in the gaming and content creator sphere for over 10+ years, managing some of the world’s biggest brands on social media such as Pepsi, Lenovo and Hasbro. As well as socials, Jack is a professional photographer in the sports and creator space, capturing shots on the side of the pitch to while cove studios and events like Dreamhack.

Darren is a streamer and content creator, under the name DCBinksy, who has spent the last seven years building his brand across long- and short-form platforms. Backgrounded by a degree in furniture design and manufacturing, his approach to content is driven by a passion for helping others, clear communication, and sharing practical insights. Beyond his online work, he enjoys attending concerts, traveling to new places, and unwinding with his partner and their dog.

Jake is an Operations Executive supporting the EU team, with a strong focus on identifying and connecting with creators to collaborate with brands through the TikTok One programme. Outside of work, Jake has a keen interest in football (soccer) and music, while also creating content himself. He’s passionate about the creator space both professionally and personally, and is currently working towards his long-term goal of relocating to the United States.

Federica and Mattia are an Italian couple who met while living abroad. Since meeting, they built everything from scratch to become full-time freelancers. They moved into the online world, focusing on content creation, writing, and advertising, and together they've been building their own brand, animeontrip, ever since. Outside of work, they love traveling by camper van with their two dogs and two cats, discovering new places, and connecting with different people and cultures along the way. Mattia's passions are cooking and animals, while Federica loves writing and books.​

Sarah studied business and management at EGC Business School in New Caledonia before pursuing legal studies at Toulouse Capitole University, Paris-Saclay University, Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University, and the Institut Supérieur du Droit, specialising in private law, business insolvency, and litigation. After working at a law firm, she transitioned into content creation and digital media. As a creator and a member of TikTok One since its early days, Sarah now uses her expertise to support French creators and contribute to CarterPulse’s regional development.

Yasmina works closely with Spanish creators and brands to build meaningful partnerships and support the growth of the creator community. With a background in software and data engineering alongside her experience as a content creator, Yasmina brings a mix of technical thinking and first-hand creator experience to her work. She enjoys keeping things practical, understanding what creators actually need, and helping turn opportunities into something genuinely useful for everyone involved.

Maria is Carter Pulse's Spanish Supervisor, supporting the agency's Spanish-speaking creator community with a warm approach and clear communication. A graduate in Business Administration and Finance, she discovered her passion for content creation through UGC — an experience that gives her a firsthand understanding of what creators need to succeed on TikTok One and Brand Buzz campaigns. Outside of work, she's an avid gamer with a soft spot for MMORPGs, hits the gym regularly, and enjoys unwinding with a good book or cozy coloring sessions.
